Holmes Releases Video For “Put a Hurt on Me”
Remember your first crush? Holmes’ new video for “Put a Hurt on Me,” filmed at Moonlight Rollerway in LA, takes you back to those days of passing notes, sidelong glances and unrequited love. Directed by Andrew Van Baal, director of Largo, the new video follows a boy hopelessly in love with a girl who is interested in someone else. The song, a rocking head-bopper with a hooky chorus pay-off in an ode to the vulnerability of love, accompanies the video, creating a fun, nostalgic but universal story of young love. Roy Shakked, Holmes front-man makes a cameo as the rink’s organist.
