Fresh Mp3 Friday: Sleeper Bands

Don’t doze off without catching these sleeper bands.

With more than 12,000 downloads, Grand Atlantic’s “Carved From Stone” is making a grand statement. This is a song you don’t want to miss out on.

Baby Teardrops is smooth sailing their way into personal playlists with “Smooth Sailing ahead”, generating more than 4,000 downloads. Also in this 4,000 view ranking is Cowboy and Indian’sTroubled Tracks” video premiered by Stereogum.

Lachi and Meridian Gold is taking over New York, with almost 19,000 views of their video for “Bug Out”.  Bear Lake is holding it down in Michigan with their ultra popular songs that have been featured on shows like “One Tree Hill” and “Bones”, generating more than 28,000 views from their “Where Do We Go” video. And a much anticipated album preview of All Your Heros Become Villains from Ed Hale and the Transcendence already has over 10,000 hits.

By far the largest accomplishment of airplay has to be Ed Hale, as he is up at  number 23 on the AC Charts. Quite the accomplishment for an independent artist, beating out Adele’s “Rolling In The Deep”.
