Music has always been a part of Paul’s life, from piano lessons very early on to playing in his own band as he got older. The importance of music comes from the necessity to be submersed in every aspect of it. Paul has an undergraduate degree in Arts & Entertainment Management, and a Master’s of Business Administration.
Playing in his own band brings a unique angle to his music publicity experience. He understands what bands need from a very personal level and can connect on musician’s level. He’s played the dive bars, been through the recording process, and duct taped just about every piece of equipment that a musician can.
Paul has secured press at national and international press outlets such as Fresh on The Net, Alt. Press Magazine, Paste Magazine, PopMatters, Daytrotter, Afropunk, Bandcamp, The Bluegrass Situation, The Wild Honey Pie, The 405, The Deli, and several NPR affiliate stations. He works with each artist with a care and attention-driven experience as if the music were his very own.
When he’s not playing a show or practicing with his band Go Tiger Go, he can be found at one of Detroit’s best new restaurants or taking in the sights and sounds that the area has to offer. Music is his passion, and his life so whether on vinyl or in person you can find him singing along to something old or new.
